HOPE CARE CENTER LLC was officially founded on June 30, 2025, by Bienvenu Rutabara (Ben), the dedicated owner and CEO. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Bienvenu built his foundation as a caregiver across various organizations and hospitals, supporting individuals with diverse medical and personal needs. His passion for service led him to begin developing the vision for HOPE CARE CENTER LLC in 2018, attending numerous webinars and training focused on improving care in home and community-based settings. Over time, his commitment deepened as he sought better ways to help individuals with disabilities live safely, independently, and with dignity. This long-held dream came to life in June 2025, marking the beginning of a center driven by compassion, professionalism, and meaningful impact. Today, HOPE CARE CENTER LLC stands as a testament to Bienvenu’s dedication to providing exceptional Home and Community-Based Disability Care Services, empowering individuals and uplifting families throughout the community.

Our mission statement is to make the world more inclusive to promote independence, by providing services that will change lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays and also helping aging patients in their home with activities of daily living.
