Bienvenu Rutabara has devoted more than 15 years to working with individuals with developmental disabilities, shaping his career around compassion, service, and advocacy. In 2000, he began his academic journey in Business Administration at Hope Africa University in Burundi, building a strong foundation in leadership and organizational development. After immigrating to the United States in 2010, he entered the healthcare field as a caregiver in hospitals and nursing homes, where he discovered a deep calling to support individuals with disabilities and those needing long-term care. His passion for caregiving inspired a vision: to one day create a company dedicated to delivering exceptional Home and Community-Based Disability Care Services. Committed to expanding his knowledge, he later pursued nursing studies at Minnesota State Community and Technical College to strengthen his ability to serve diverse populations with skilled, person-centered care. On June 30, 2025, Bienvenu brought his long-held dream to life by founding HOPE CARE CENTER LLC in Jamestown, ND—an agency he hopes to grow both locally and nationally, expanding access to high-quality, compassionate support for people of all ages and abilities.
